Join us in working towards a healthier lifestyle

Did you make any new year’s resolutions at the beginning of 2016? Or more importantly, have you stuck to them? Don’t worry you’re not alone! On average most people manage to keep their promises for around three and a half weeks, that’s just 24 days and of course, the most common resolution is to be healthy. Gym membership peaks in January, but once February hits the surge is already over. Our local borough of Haringey has been tackling this issue since the end of last year by working with communities and residents to help improve our health and wellbeing. At Anthony Pepe, we are encouraging you to take advantage of the various opportunities available to you in your neighbourhood that might just help you to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
