With a doll house feel “Victoria Architecture” is actually the period between 1830 and 1910 during the reign of Queen Victoria which embraced several different styles from Gothic to Romanesque. The Victorian’s thought that fashion and architecture should be beautiful rather than practical, adapting the imposing and elaborate Gothic style to create something very special. So after mixing theses historic styles what are we left with? Well, as you will see from our properties you can find spacious rooms, impressive fireplaces and large bay windows. Interpretations and revivals of distinctive notable styles mixed with influences from Asia and the Middle East are what give this period its own personality.

As people moved from the countryside to the urban areas terraced house were built to accommodate them.
