Estate Agent Awards – In it to win it

This week our Anthony Pepe family has been recognised for our hard work and the outstanding customer service we deliver to our clients in North London. To explain a little more, we are up for several awards in this year’s ESTAS (Estate Agent Awards) which are sponsored by Zoopla. In actual fact, we have been shortlisted in every category that we entered which is an accomplishment in itself and one that as a team we are very proud of. If we didn’t have neighbours we would be shouting our good news from the rooftops but instead, we are sharing it with our readers as we wait in anticipation and excitement for the awards in April.

 

Unlike other award ceremonies in our industry the ESTAS are all voted for by our clients, working closely with Zoopla, extensive research is carried out amongst our customers who are asked a series of questions about the service that we have provided. A record number of entries have made this year’s competition the toughest in its history with over 30,000 customers being involved in each decision process.

The official shortlist of Estate Agents of the year 2016 has honoured both of our longstanding branches in Harringay and Palmers Green. As our branch in Highbury is new in North London area we are aiming for this branch to join our other teams in the next award season. Establishing a strong team and business is important to us and this acknowledgement proves that we are continuing to lead within our region, an accomplishment that we wish to maintain throughout all of our branches. For the category of “Lettings Agents rated by Landlords,” we entered all three of our branches and with great pride we can announce that all three have been shortlisted in our region of North London, making up three out of the five potential winners. In addition to this, we are nominated for the National Estate Agency awards in these categories and finally Best Estate Agency Group of the Year, making a Friday 15th April a night to remember.

 

Presenting the awards is TV property expert Phil Spencer, although all of our team members would love to attend this prestigious event only a selection will join the other thousand property professionals from across the UK. As the shortlists were announced Phil shared his thoughts of the ceremony, “Any firm that enters The ESTAS has already sent a clear message that they are passionate about customer service so to make it on to the shortlist is a huge achievement in itself”. For those of you who have worked with us, you will know these words resonate with Anthony Pepe’s values as well as indicating the type of business that we are if you are looking for a local estate agent to help buy or sell a property. Founder of the awards, Simon Brown explains further just how important customers are to these awards, “Its client feedback which determines who is shortlisted and ultimately who wins that makes The ESTAS so valuable.” Although we have maintained a very high level of customer service throughout our 28-year history working the ESTAS and Zoopla has become an integral part of our customer service programme. It’s important to highlight our successes to our own team members and to our community.
