Customer Service Rating from Reviews
We are delighted to announce the acquisition of Chamberlains Estates in Enfield.
The acquisition will see the former owners of the Chamberlains business, Andrew Ryde and Andrew Standen, retire. All other staff at the business will continue as part of the Anthony Pepe Group.
The acquisition strengthens our network, increasing it to five offices, and links strategically with our offices in Palmers Green and Cockfosters.
The Enfield office will, at the present time, continue to trade within our network, using the Chamberlains Estates brand that was first established in Enfield in 1989.
The acquisition sees our group lettings and management portfolio increase in numbers by around 20%.
The news coincides us having won four awards at the recent ESTAS.
Charlie Perdios, Anthony Pepe Director said: “I am delighted that we have successfully concluded the acquisition of Chamberlains Estates and look forward to building on the well-established and professional approach and reputation that the business already has.
Like Chamberlains Estates, we have been established over thirty years and have a successful track record that has been regularly recognised by the number of industry awards our team has secured.
We shall bring additional resources in areas such as people, technology and marketing to both complement and improve the Chamberlains Estates operation.
Anyone thinking of selling or buying, letting or renting in Enfield or our other operating areas, are invited to contact us to discuss how, in confidence, we can help them achieve their moving plans.”
The former owners of the Chamberlains Estates business, Andrew Ryde and Andrew Standen said: “We are delighted to have been able to find an acquirer in Charlie Perdios and Anthony Pepe that matches our ethos for professionalism and customer service and we know that our former clients and customers will benefit from both continuity and stability but also renewed energy and resources moving forward.”
