And the winner is…

Earlier this month we shared our excitement and honour of the upcoming award season within the property industry, this week saw us win our 8^th, 9^th and 10^th major award of 2016 and the year isn’t over yet! Although we’re heading into the last couple of months of 2016 there’s still plenty of accolades to win at the Sunday Times Awards that takes place next month. A healthy combination of passion and competitiveness mixed with hard work and expertise has meant that we take great pride in each and every award that we receive.  Here are just some of our awards that we have won so far this year…

Let’s rewind back to last Tuesday, not only was it the first day of November but it was also a day and night to remember for the Anthony Pepe team. Spending the day at the exclusive London Hilton on Park Lane was hardly a chore, the impressive venue played host to the Negotiator Conference & Expo that preceded the evening’s awards ceremony. Featuring over 50 key suppliers from the property industry and endorsed by the leading professional bodies we enjoyed a day of networking and discovery before the main event.

Donning our best black tie attires Charlie and a selection of our teams made their way into the glittering ballroom where the celebrations ensued. As the most popular awards scheme in our industry with a famous reputation for its atmosphere and party spirit the evening did not disappoint. This year’s host was stand-up comedian Ed Byrne who took on the job of controlling a room full of excited agents who could only be compared to an assembly of school children before Christmas! Along with the laughter came the awards. We were honoured to accept the awards of Silver for Best London Agency, Silver for UK Small Lettings Agency and Bronze for UK Small Estate Agency.

The evening didn’t just celebrate success, the guests were also invited to support the charity, Crisis through donations made via a Live Auction and Silent Auction, not to mention the Charity Casino! Once the ceremony was over the party really started with DJ drummer Afishal leading the dancing into the early hours!

It’s back to work as usual at each of our branches now, our awards remind us of our accomplishments but we continue to look forward to continuing our success at the next big awards ceremony. In December we will be attending the final awards of the year, the Estate Agency of the Year 2016 sponsored by The Sunday Time and The Times.
