Buses are another option; the 399 service operates between Barnet and Hadley Wood station, while the 298 service (between Arnos Grove and Potters Bar Station) serves the edge of Hadley Wood.</p>\n<p>There's also easy access to the M25 and the A1 makes travelling by car straightforward, whether you&rsquo;re heading into the city or out into the countryside.</p>\n<h3>3.The Local Facilities</h3>\n<p>Although Hadley Wood is part of London, it has its own cultural identity. The long-established Hadley Wood Association represents the interests of the area&rsquo;s residents and leases 27 acres of open space either side of the railway station, enabling public access and preserving this land for future generations.
