Your home has always been your biggest asset but now it somehow feels more valuable than ever so these questions are essential in choosing the right agent for you and your home.

• What is happening in the local market?
• Is it worth us waiting to move home?
• Will property prices be going up or down?
• Will my mortgage be affected?
