History

Anthony Pepe & Co began life in 1987 in Hazelwood lane, a residential Road just off Green Lanes in Palmers Green. It’s founder Mr Anthony Pepe had previously been in the catering industry but decided to take evening lessons and learn the business of estate agency. The shop remained in Hazelwood Lane until 1993 when it relocated to its current prominent position in The Triangle in Green Lanes. Mr Anthony Pepe built an excellent reputation and customer goodwill through exceptional customer service up until he passed in 2002.

In 2004 the company was purchased from the Pepe family by current Directors Charlie Perdios and Ari Theodorou. They modernised the business, rebranded and within a year firmly established themselves as market leaders in the area, where they remain until this day, beating off large corporates which have subsequently closed. The success enjoyed in Palmers Green enabled them to open their second office in Harringay, North London in the middle of 2009. Again they were able to do this when other agents were closing in the area due to the firm foundation they had set at the first office and the unfaltering belief in a successful estate agency model which they had created. The Harringay office is now firmly established as one of the leading estate agents in the area and increasing market share rapidly.
